I had some kind of issue with my order, I don’t remember all the details now, but I ended up asking for a replacement. They did reply, though it took a few days of going back and forth. Eventually they just refunded me, which was fine. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I expected.

My order showed up with a small problem, so I emailed them thinking it might be a whole thing. But nope, they got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it a hassle at all. Reaaally appreciated that. Stuff like that makes a difference, and I’d definitely order from them again.

It arrived still frozen, which is really all I was hoping for with something like this being shipped. As long as it stays cold in transit, I’m happy, and this one did just fine.

Shipping isn’t exactly cheap, but i still feel like it’s worth it compared to paying more for tiny bags locally. Overall, I’m satisfied and feel like I got good value for my money.

I was able to find what I was looking for on nwwildfoods.com, so that part was good :) The site just felt a little clunky while I was using it, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected.

Checkout worked out in the end, but it wasn’t super clear at first, so I had to poke around a bit more than I wanted. Overall, not a bad site — just could be a bit easier to navigate!

The box showed up smashed, and the berries were leaking a little. As soon as I saw the packaging, I kind of knew the inside wasn’t going to be in the best shape.

I got this for my dad as a gift and he seemed to like it. I don’t have much to compare it to, so I can’t say for sure how it stacks up overall, but it did the job. The only downside was that shipping felt a little slow, though I’m not sure if that was the seller or the carrier.

I swear, every single thing I actually wanted was somehow seasonal or unavailable. I waited around for a bit thinking it might come back, but i was 100% convinced it wasn’t happening anytime soon, so I just gave up.
